There was hardly any fan noise in the sold out arena (80.645) for the initial 12 minutes and 12 seconds, as the fans protested against the new safety concept "Sicheres Stadionerlebnis" of the DFB. The 12 minutes and 12 seconds were chosen in accordance to the day (12th of December) on which most of the clubs signed off on the DFB concept which is thought to result in a safer environment for fans.
