Maximum heart rate (maxHR)
The maximum heart rate, measured in beats per minute (bpm), stands for the highest heart rate a player can obtain. It is an individual measure influenced by gender, age and fitness level (5).
Max Velocity
Stands for the highest pace of a player during a sprint.
Mesco-cycle
Describes a training plan for multiple month and therefore consist of multiple macro-cycles.
Micro-cycle
Describes a training plan for one week.
