The tactical session
The following video shows most of the warm-up (unfortunately I have missed the start), a small tactical part without the ball, and different small-sided games (SSG). The SSG were played as 8 vs.
8 plus 4 on a small (~35 x 25 m) pitch before the entire field was used in a 10 vs. 10 fashion.
